Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid features on SecAug. By making a purchase, you agree to this policy along with our Terms of Service.
1. Our Paid Features
- Post unlock — ₹19 (one-time): view the members who requested to join your post.
- SecAug X membership — ₹499/month: premium benefits including request visibility, introductions, higher limits and priority discovery.
- Extra request slots — ₹49 each (one-time): optional add-ons.
2. Digital Goods — General Rule
SecAug sells digital services that are delivered instantly. Because access is granted immediately upon successful payment, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the benefit has been delivered or used.
3. When You Can Get a Refund
We will happily review and issue a refund in these cases:
- Payment charged but feature not delivered — e.g. money was deducted but your unlock or SecAug X did not activate.
- Duplicate charge — you were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- Technical error on our side that prevented you from receiving what you paid for.
In these cases, contact us within 7 days of the transaction and we will verify and process an eligible refund.
4. Membership Cancellation
- You can cancel your SecAug X membership at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals.
- Cancelling does not automatically refund the current billing period — you keep access until the period you already paid for ends.
- Partial-month refunds are not provided once the membership benefits for that period have been made available.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email support.secaug@gmail.com with:
- Your registered name and phone number/email
- The date and amount of the transaction
- The payment/transaction reference (if available)
- A short description of the issue
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
