Welcome to SecAug. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SecAug mobile application and services. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use SecAug.

1. Who Can Use SecAug

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• SecAug is intended for members of the Jain community in India.
• You must provide accurate information and complete our verification process. We may approve, reject, or remove accounts at our discretion to keep the community genuine and safe.

2. What SecAug Is

SecAug is a platform to post real-life activities, request to join others’ activities, make friends and coordinate meetups within the community. SecAug facilitates introductions online — any meeting, activity or interaction that happens in person is solely between the members involved.

3. Your Responsibilities

• Use SecAug respectfully and lawfully.
• Do not post false, offensive, harassing, obscene, or misleading content.
• Do not impersonate others or create fake or duplicate accounts.
• Do not use the platform for spam, solicitation, or any commercial purpose without our permission.
• Meet others safely. Use your own judgement, meet in public places, and take normal safety precautions when meeting someone new.

4. Paid Features

SecAug is free to use for its core features, and seeing who has requested to join your own post is always free. We also offer optional paid features:

• SecAug X membership (₹499/month): a premium subscription with added benefits such as 15 activity posts a month instead of the single free post, 20 join requests per post instead of 10, introductions to high-profile members, and priority discovery.
• Extra request slots (₹19 each): optional one-time add-ons that add 10 more join requests to a post.
• Extra activity posts (₹19 each): optional one-time posts for any member — free or SecAug X — who has used their posting allowance. Every account includes one free activity post; further posts are purchased.

All payments are processed securely through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled any time from the Google Play Store. Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing.

5. Content & Conduct

You are responsible for the content you post. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community. We may use both automated and manual review to enforce our standards.

You may stop using SecAug and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, misuse the platform, or pose a risk to other members.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SecAug and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including interactions with other members.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SecAug after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Grievance Redressal (India)

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the name and contact details of our Grievance Officer are published below. You may contact the Grievance Officer with any complaint regarding content, the conduct of another member, or a violation of these Terms:

We will acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and make our best effort to resolve it within 15 days of receipt, as required under applicable law. Complaints concerning your personal data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
